SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on shoreactive.com are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and shipped the same day. Excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with any tracking information.
Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed on weekends or during peak periods.

We offer the following domestic shipping rates below:
Normal USPS for:
– Hawaii 8$ (3/5 days)
– North America 11$ (5/7 days)
– Australia 25$ (5/7 days)
Free shipping for all orders over €150
RETURN POLICY

You have up to 14 days from receipt of shipment to return items purchased on shoreactive.com.
Orders must be returned by post only.
Returned items must be new and unused with the original tags still attached.
Once your order has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
The refund includes a voucher of the same value as the returned items which can be spent again on shoreactive.com.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
The type of courier and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
shoreactive.com.m does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product and initiate the return process and place a new order for your favorite items.
